Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance systems in compliance with GMP and food safety standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and R&D teams to resolve quality-related issues and enhance processes.
- Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all documentation and records are accurately maintained and readily available for audits.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure company compliance.
- Drive initiatives to optimize quality control processes and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the manufacturing or packaging industry.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO, and other relevant quality standards.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a quality assurance team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus.
