Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor the movement of materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to manage inventory levels and logistics schedules.
- Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies to optimize cost and delivery times.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory transactions.
- Resolve any logistics-related issues or discrepancies promptly and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and plan logistics operations accordingly.
- Prepare and present reports on logistics performance and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role, preferably in the agricultural or manufacturing sector.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
