Responsibility
- Perform detailed inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Document and report inspection results, including non-conformities, defects, and deviations from specifications.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
- Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to industry regulations.
- Utilize measuring tools, gauges, and testing equipment to verify product dimensions, functionality, and performance.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test data, and quality metrics for traceability and analysis.
- Train and guide production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, product inspection, or a related field within manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP, or industry-specific regulations).
- Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, spectrophotometers).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to identify defects and root causes of quality issues.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Strong communication skills to document findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; ability to write clear and concise reports.
