Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic distribution plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess, aligning with demand forecasts.
- Coordinate with principals, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline procurement processes.
- Analyze logistics data to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions for optimization.
- Oversee the preparation and execution of purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and contractual agreements.
- Collaborate with warehouse and transportation teams to enhance storage and distribution workflows.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory status, procurement activities, and distribution performance for stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in supply chain management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution planning, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., ERP, SAP, or similar tools) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with suppliers, principals, and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in planning and execution.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and import/export procedures is a plus.
