Responsibility
- Develop and implement production plans to meet demand forecasts while optimizing resource utilization.
- Monitor and analyze production costs, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and generate reports on key production metrics.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all production activities.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, cost control, or manufacturing operations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and quality standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
- Willingness to work on-site in Bali with flexibility for occasional travel.
