Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients, particularly in Mandarin-speaking markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in export and import trade.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers and buyers to maximize profitability.
- Coordinate logistics, including shipping, customs clearance, and documentation, to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and present sales reports, market analysis, and forecasts to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, trade regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote company services.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in export/import sales, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; English proficiency is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with trade regulations, customs procedures, and international shipping.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or trade events.
