Responsibility
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost efficiency and supplier performance.
- Lead strategic sourcing activities, including supplier identification, evaluation, and contract negotiation.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, plan inventory, and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Oversee general affairs operations, including office administration, facility management, and vendor coordination.
- Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to drive continuous improvement in procurement practices.
- Prepare and present reports on procurement performance, cost savings, and operational metrics.
- Ensure timely resolution of procurement-related issues and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or general affairs, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
- Knowledge of local and international procurement regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
