Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to secure the best value for the company.
- Manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to forecast procurement needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and consistent supply chains.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical procurement practices.
- Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement software.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices, contract management, and supply chain processes.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
