Responsibility

  • Manage and coordinate general administrative tasks, including office supplies, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Oversee fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance schedules, fuel management, and driver coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations for fleet and administrative operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of fleet usage, maintenance logs, and administrative expenses.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective services.
  • Support HR-related tasks, such as attendance tracking and employee documentation.
  • Provide general support to other departments as required to ensure smooth business operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in general affairs, fleet management, or a related administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and familiarity with fleet management systems is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
