Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate general administrative tasks, including office supplies, correspondence, and documentation.
- Oversee fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance schedules, fuel management, and driver coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations for fleet and administrative operations.
- Maintain accurate records of fleet usage, maintenance logs, and administrative expenses.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective services.
- Support HR-related tasks, such as attendance tracking and employee documentation.
- Provide general support to other departments as required to ensure smooth business operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in general affairs, fleet management, or a related administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Valid driver’s license and familiarity with fleet management systems is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities.
