Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and document defects, non-conformities, and areas for improvement in products and processes.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence of quality issues.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection results, test data, and quality metrics using digital tools and reporting systems.
- Perform regular audits of production processes and quality control procedures to ensure adherence to company and industry standards.
- Assist in the development and refinement of quality control procedures and checklists to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards, best practices, and defect prevention techniques.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality control processes and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related role within manufacturing, logistics, or production environments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and inconsistencies in products and processes.
- Familiarity with quality control tools, techniques, and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, ISO standards).
- Proficiency in using inspection equipment, measurement tools, and digital reporting systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to document and report findings clearly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and quality management software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in quality control or related fields are a plus.
