Responsibility
- Conduct thorough sampling and inspection of packaging materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Implement and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant quality control protocols.
- Document and report any deviations or non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and improve processes.
- Perform regular audits and inspections to maintain adherence to regulatory and company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within the pharmaceutical or biopharma industry.
- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant quality standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using quality control tools and software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in quality assurance or related fields is a plus.
