Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with industry best practices.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and tests to ensure products and processes meet established quality criteria.
- Identify and analyze quality-related issues, root causes, and trends, proposing corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to resolve quality concerns and improve efficiency.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on quality metrics, non-conformities, and improvement initiatives to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local and international quality standards, regulations, and certifications (e.g., ISO, GMP).
- Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures, tools, and methodologies to foster a culture of quality.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure raw materials and components meet quality specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably within manufacturing, transport, or logistics sectors.
- Strong knowledge of quality control systems, auditing techniques, and statistical process control (SPC).
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or other relevant quality standards is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, QMS software, and data analysis tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
