Responsibility
- Receive, acknowledge, and process customer claims related to product quality in a timely and professional manner.
- Document and maintain a comprehensive log of all customer claims, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
- Monitor the status of each claim from submission to resolution, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to investigate root causes of quality issues.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to minimize recurrence of quality defects.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, claim trends, and improvement recommendations for management review.
- Assist in training and guiding team members on quality control procedures and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in manufacturing or logistics sectors.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, ISO standards, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and quality management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
