Responsibility
- Assist in managing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards in all warehouse activities.
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts.
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve productivity and efficiency targets.
- Coordinate with e-commerce platforms to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Implement and optimize warehouse processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Resolve any issues related to order discrepancies, shipping delays, or inventory shortages.
- Generate reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and order fulfilment metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or e-commerce fulfilment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in warehouse operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
