Responsibility
- Oversee all quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with international standards and client specifications.
- Lead and manage factory operations, including production planning, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
- Develop and implement quality control policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance product excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high-quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor staff on quality assurance protocols and industry best practices.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality expectations and delivery timelines.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and increase profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance or factory management within the garment/textile industry.
- Proven experience working with international brands, with UNIQLO experience being a must.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving operational excellence.
- Fluency in Chinese and English is required for effective communication with stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of quality control methodologies, industry standards, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
