Responsibility
- Oversee daily hub operations, ensuring smooth coordination between first-mile and last-mile delivery processes.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for operational improvement.
- Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and efficiency.
- Manage inventory and logistics data, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Liaise with external partners, including couriers and vendors, to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Provide training and support to hub staff to enhance productivity and service quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in using logistics software, Excel, and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements in logistics operations.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
