Responsibility
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Perform laboratory tests and analyses to verify product quality and safety.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities, including test results and inspection reports.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local and international food safety regulations, such as HACCP and ISO standards.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in quality assurance is a plus.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality control principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
