Responsibility
- Assist in the construction and maintenance of information systems for the representative office, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and improve efficiency.
- Translate and interpret Mandarin-English communications to facilitate seamless collaboration between international stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on quality control metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain operational documentation, including SOPs, reports, and compliance records.
- Support the implementation of new technologies or software to enhance workflow automation.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve operational or logistical issues.
- Conduct regular audits of processes and systems to ensure adherence to company and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is required.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, quality assurance, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with information systems, databases, or ERP software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analysis tools.
