Responsibility
- Evaluate audio and visual content to ensure adherence to company quality standards and client requirements.
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, root causes of issues, and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct regular audits and provide detailed feedback to agents and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to track quality trends and measure the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
- Assist in the training and coaching of team members to uphold quality standards and best practices.
- Document and report quality findings, including discrepancies and areas for enhancement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to ensure the company remains competitive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Multimedia, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in audio/visual content analysis or customer service environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using quality assurance tools and software for content evaluation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
