Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, developers, and internal teams, to align project goals.
- Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clarity and collaboration.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Project Manager in IT or software development.
- Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project, etc.).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in real estate or property management software is advantageous.
