Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Quantity Surveying (QS) Department, including document management, filing, and correspondence.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of contracts, tenders, and project-related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure timely processing of documents and approvals.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and financial summaries for management review.
- Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for the QS team, ensuring efficient time management.
- Handle data entry and maintain databases related to project costs, budgets, and expenditures.
- Liaise with external parties, such as suppliers and contractors, to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction, real estate, or engineering sectors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with contract management and basic quantity surveying principles is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
