As a QMS Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards and industry regulations.
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with QMS policies and procedures, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are integrated into all phases of production.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, providing reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Facilitate training programs to educate employees on QMS requirements and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance and continuous improvement.
- Support customer audits and external certifications to maintain and enhance the company's reputation for quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or other relevant quality standards.
- Experience conducting internal audits and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in using quality management tools and software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., CQE, CQM) is a plus.
