Join a leading Oil & Gas MNC as a QHSE Engineer – NDT Level 2 and play a pivotal role in ensuring safety, quality, and compliance across operations. As a QHSE Engineer, you will conduct Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) inspections, implement safety protocols, and drive continuous improvement in quality and environmental standards. Responsibility
- Perform NDT inspections (UT, RT, MT, PT, etc.) in accordance with industry standards and company procedures.
- Ensure compliance with QHSE policies, local regulations, and international safety standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions to mitigate hazards.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and safety audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance safety protocols and operational efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on QHSE best practices.
- Investigate incidents, near-misses, and non-conformities, and propose preventive measures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality and safety performance.
Qualifications
- NDT Level 2 certification in relevant methods (UT, RT, MT, PT, etc.).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in QHSE roles within the Oil & Gas or manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Proficient in conducting inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
