Responsibility
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-operation inspections of forklifts to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Manage inventory by accurately picking, packing, and staging orders for shipment.
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to maintain organized and clutter-free workspaces.
- Follow all company and OSHA safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Assist in maintaining inventory records and reporting discrepancies to supervisors.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on forklifts, such as refueling and battery charging.
- Adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator in a warehouse or logistics setting (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Valid forklift operator certification (e.g., OSHA or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems (a plus).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-player attitude.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
