Responsibility
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery to uphold safety and efficiency standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production processes to minimize disruptions.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement process improvements and enhance product quality.
- Monitor and document production metrics, including output, defects, and efficiency rates.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members to maintain high operational standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational training in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Manufacturing Technician or in a similar role within a production environment.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to operate and maintain manufacturing equipment.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical information clearly.
