Responsibility
- Oversee the commissioning and start-up processes of the OKI 3 Paper Mill, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Provide technical support to production teams, troubleshooting issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance.
- Train and mentor junior staff on quality control protocols and technical best practices.
- Prepare and present reports on quality metrics and technical performance to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or technical service within the paper manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other quality management systems.
- Proven experience in commissioning and start-up of industrial equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using quality control tools and software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali, if necessary.
