Responsibility
- Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures to ensure product excellence.
- Lead and mentor the QC team to maintain high standards of inspection and testing.

- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with local and international quality standards and regulations.
- Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management review.

- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain quality standards for raw materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a QC team.
