Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Inspect and verify product quality at various stages of the production process.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting on equipment as needed.
- Assist in material handling, including loading/unloading raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain accurate production records, including output quantities, downtime, and quality checks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to workplace cleanliness and organization standards (5S principles).
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—full training provided for entry-level candidates.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and technical manuals.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg).
- Willingness to work in shifts (day/night) as per production schedules.
- Good teamwork and communication skills in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is advantageous.
