Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiations, contract agreements, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee procurement functions, including sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, quality control, and logistics) to streamline operations.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, such as production efficiency, lead times, and cost savings.
- Resolve supply chain disruptions and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for production processes, vendor agreements, and procurement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production coordination, procurement, or logistics within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of vendor management, inventory control, and production planning.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant software tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
