Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and testing of new equipment or systems.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any anomalies or potential risks to supervisors.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline production processes and improve efficiency.
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training is a plus.
- Basic mechanical, electrical, or technical knowledge (training provided for the right candidates).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, or blueprints.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve lifting, standing, or working in various environments.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
