Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments, including invoices, packing lists, and delivery receipts.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate documentation of inventory movements.
- Process and verify purchase orders, work orders, and other warehouse-related paperwork.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory audits to ensure stock levels match system records.
- Prepare and distribute reports on warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies or delays in shipments.
- Organize and file warehouse documents both digitally and physically for easy retrieval.
- Support the implementation of warehouse management systems (WMS) and other administrative tools.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Basic understanding of inventory control principles and supply chain processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
