Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily branch operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained, resolving escalations and building client relationships.
- Oversee inventory management, logistics, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management with actionable insights.
- Implement operational improvements and process enhancements to drive productivity.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and company standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a supervisory or managerial role within manufacturing, transport, logistics, or retail.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving performance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess operational challenges.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder and team engagement.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, or branch management software.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian business regulations and local market dynamics is a plus.
