Responsibility
- Conduct regular inspections of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Implement and maintain the 5S system to enhance workplace organization and efficiency.
- Identify and report any deviations from quality standards, proposing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement process improvements.
- Perform detailed documentation of inspection results and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety within the workplace.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance and safety practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QAQC Inspector or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, safety standards, and the 5S system.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and software.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
