Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Pack, label, and prepare goods for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by updating the warehouse management system (WMS) in real-time.
- Organize and store materials in designated locations to optimize space and accessibility.
- Pick and prepare orders for delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in physical inventory audits.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer applications.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment; certification is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and shipments.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
