Responsibility
- Assist the Senior Planner in developing and maintaining production schedules to meet deadlines and optimize resource allocation.
- Monitor job progress, track workflows, and identify bottlenecks to ensure on-time delivery of manufacturing projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, logistics, quality control) to align priorities and resolve operational issues.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on production status, capacity utilization, and performance metrics for management review.
- Analyze production data to forecast demand, assess efficiency, and recommend process improvements.
- Address day-to-day operational challenges, including material shortages, equipment downtime, or scheduling conflicts.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and components.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production plans, changes, and deviations for audit and compliance purposes.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, or logistics coordination (fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with teams at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with a knack for interpreting data and generating actionable insights.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
