Responsibility
- Lead and manage all QC activities, including incoming materials, in-process inspections, and finished product testing.
- Develop and implement quality control policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Oversee a team of QC inspectors, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze quality data and trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements before shipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to quality control activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in using quality control tools and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
