Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end tender and proposal management process for Eaton's Power Distribution and Power Quality solutions.
- Develop and implement bid strategies to maximize win rates and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and finance teams to create competitive and compliant proposals.
- Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to inform bid strategies.
- Ensure all proposals meet client requirements and are submitted on time.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Monitor and report on bid performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting the power solutions market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in bid management, proposal writing, or business development, preferably in the power or manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of the tender process and contract negotiations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bid management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; additional Asian languages are a plus.
