Responsibility
- Handle, sort, and prepare print products for distribution, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate strapping and packing equipment to secure print materials for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized mailroom environment to facilitate smooth operations.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking and reporting stock levels of print materials.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent workplace injuries and ensure compliance.
- Perform quality checks on packed materials to meet company standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Proven experience in mailroom, warehouse, or logistics roles, preferably in a media or print environment.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to 20 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and packing procedures.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and equipment handling in a warehouse setting.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
