Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes, from sourcing to contract execution, ensuring cost efficiency and quality.
- Manage contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, and compliance monitoring for vendor agreements.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and operational teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks in supplier contracts, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to optimize procurement decisions and drive cost savings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams to enhance procurement efficiency.
- Leverage procurement software and tools to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy.
- Prepare reports and presentations on procurement metrics, contract performance, and cost-saving initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or supply chain roles.
- Proven expertise in contract negotiation, vendor management, and procurement best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with procurement software (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Certifications such as CPSM, CIPS, or CSCP are a plus.
- Experience in the Manufacturing, Transport, or Logistics industry is highly desirable.
