Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, storing, and dispatching goods in compliance with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified).
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including invoices and delivery notes.
- Organize warehouse space to optimize storage and retrieval processes.
- Assist in conducting quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Support administrative tasks, such as data entry and reporting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) safely.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in inventory management software.
