Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the quality control team to ensure all products meet company and customer standards.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols for sewing and accessories.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes to identify and address quality issues.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related problems and improve processes.
- Maintain accurate records of quality control inspections, test results, and corrective actions.
- Train and mentor quality control staff to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure raw materials meet quality specifications.
- Prepare and present quality control reports to management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control within the textile or garment industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards and procedures for sewing and accessories.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in using quality control tools and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
