Responsibility
- Perform visual and physical inspections of plastic products at various stages of the manufacturing process.
- Ensure all production output adheres to defined quality control parameters and client specifications.
- Document inspection results accurately, identifying and reporting any defects or non-conformance issues immediately.
- Monitor production equipment and processes to ensure they operate within safety and quality guidelines.
- Assist in the calibration of measuring tools and inspection equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent contamination and ensure efficient operations.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare regular quality reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to detect minute defects in plastic components.
- Good proficiency in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of measurement tools (e.g., calipers, gauges) is preferred.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a manufacturing plant setting.
- Willingness to perform shift work as required by production schedules.
