Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections of products, materials, and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain and update the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and insights.
- Identify and report quality issues, proposing corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform root cause analysis for non-conformities and drive resolution.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
- Train and mentor team members on quality best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QC Inspector or similar role in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards (ISO, QMS, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and software.
