Responsibility
- Oversee daily quality control processes to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Manage store operations, including inventory tracking, stock replenishment, and warehouse organization.
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials and finished products to identify defects or deviations.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, inventory levels, and store transactions.
- Train and supervise store and QC staff to ensure adherence to safety and operational protocols.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize storage space and streamline material handling.
- Prepare reports for the QA Manager on quality performance, inventory status, and operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or store supervision within manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and inventory management systems.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in using ERP or inventory management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in manufacturing.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
