Responsibility
- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for construction projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and document any deviations or non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address quality issues and improve processes.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on quality control activities, findings, and resolutions.
- Ensure that all materials and workmanship meet the required standards and specifications.
- Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality control best practices.
- Participate in project meetings to discuss quality-related issues and provide expert input.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QAQC Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using quality control tools and software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
