Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Document and report any deviations or defects, providing detailed analysis and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality control procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve processes.
- Perform regular audits of manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality metrics for reporting and analysis.
- Assist in the calibration and maintenance of quality testing equipment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong understanding of quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficient in using quality inspection tools and software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with ISO standards is a plus.
