Responsibility
- Perform quality assurance checks on incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Pick and pack orders efficiently while maintaining attention to detail to minimize errors.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., scanners, pallet jacks) safely and in accordance with company protocols.
- Label, sort, and organize products for storage or shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and quality targets.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and wear required protective equipment.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to lift and move items up to 20-25 kg (assistance may be provided for heavier items).
- Basic proficiency in using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to adhere to a 3-month contract with potential for extension based on performance.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime if required.
- Familiarity with QA processes or inventory management is advantageous.
