As part of our Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics team, you will collaborate closely with planners, repair centers, and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain inventory accuracy, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency. Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolescence.
- Collaborate with planners, procurement teams, and repair centers to align inventory with production and customer demand forecasts.
- Develop and maintain inventory reports, KPIs, and dashboards to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions to enhance accuracy.
- Support cycle counting and physical inventory processes to ensure data integrity in ERP systems.
- Work with suppliers and logistics partners to resolve delivery delays and expedite critical materials as needed.
- Recommend process improvements to streamline inventory management and reduce lead times.
- Assist in demand planning and safety stock calculations to balance service levels and inventory costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in inventory analysis, supply chain, or materials management, preferably in a manufacturing or technology environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with global teams.
- Knowledge of inventory optimization techniques (e.g., ABC analysis, EOQ, safety stock calculations).
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
