Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to maintain accuracy.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline logistics processes.
- Process and track shipments, resolving any discrepancies or delays.
- Prepare and maintain logistics reports, documentation, and records.
- Assist in customs clearance and compliance with import/export regulations.
- Optimize logistics procedures to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to the logistics and operations teams.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics, inventory management, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software (e.g., ERP systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
