Responsibility
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to align operational strategies with business goals.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Liaise with 3PL providers to optimize logistics, warehousing, and distribution processes.
- Monitor and improve supply chain efficiency, reducing lead times and operational costs.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Resolve logistical challenges and implement corrective actions to maintain service excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction through timely deliveries and order accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehousing, and distribution processes.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/warehouse management systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with 3PL coordination and vendor management is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
